Benton County Operational Area / TrainingExplore the operational-period IAP for an IMT working in the EOC. Read the completed package, then choose a form to learn what each field contains and how the sections contribute. The original 215 and 215A remain available as development examples.
A fictional wildfire has displaced residents. The Operational Area IMT works in the EOC to coordinate support and assigned County functions. Field command manages the fire response. The next period includes shelter support, damage assessment in areas released for access, and shelter supply delivery.
For this exercise, Logistics confirms the two additional shelter staff, the second two-person assessment team, the delivery vehicle with driver, all three supervisors and required supplies. The supporting section, branch and unit assignments shown on the 203 are also confirmed for this exercise. Planning assembles the IAP at 1930. Illustrative Safety review occurs at 1945, Command approval at 2000, and the next morning’s briefing at 0730 before work begins. Signatures remain unsigned training examples.
The 215 is the 1700 planning snapshot. The 204s show the later confirmed assignments. Team leaders are included in resource headcounts; supervisors are listed separately. Exercise contacts are fictional exercise placeholders.
The 13-page reference packet includes a cover, all completed components below, a training map and assumed weather. Individual new forms remain fillable for adapting the exercise. Personnel, contacts, medical resources and conditions are fictional.
